Alex joined The Mill in 2008 and is Executive Producer, responsible for overseeing and developing The Mill's in-house content direction division.
His recent commercial credits include work for global brands such as Audi, Sony, EA Games, Nokia, Dyson and Hugo Boss.
Before joining The Mill, Alex launched the UK office of internationally renowned animation and design production company The Ebeling Group, which in its first year, produced commercials for brands including Coca-Cola, Johnnie Walker, Visa and Toyota. Prior to that, Alex was Producer / Head of Marketing at production company Knucklehead where he helped launch the career of director Johnny Green.
His career began as a production assistant at Alex Myers and Associates, working on a range of international TV commercials including the renowned PG Tips 'Chimps' campaign. From there, Alex moved to Grey London in 1998 and was quickly promoted to TV Producer where he worked on brands such as Mars, Proctor and Gamble and Smithkline Beecham. In 2001 he joined The Moving Picture Company as post production producer, working with directors including Jonathan Glazer, Frank Budgen, Fredrik Bond, Ringan Ledwidge and Nicolai Fuglsig, and in 2004 was promoted to Deputy Head of Production.
Alex is a graduate of Leeds University.
